Cormac Farrell, BDS, MJDF (RCS LOND.), MFDS (RCS EDIN.)
Cormac has dentistry in his veins. He comes from a family of dentists, but gave up the family practice in the U.K. after he and his wife, Carolyne, fell in love with the Whitsunday Islands and community.
Known by many patients as “Mac,” Cormac has been living and working in Airlie for nearly five years. He went to school at Southend Grammar School for Boys and earned his degree in the U.K. at the University of Bristol.
Cormac is passionate about helping his patients and delivering the very best care. After university, Cormac competed a year-long Advanced Dental Training program with Dr. Chris Orr in London, and, after further study, was accepted into both the Royal College of London and the Royal College of Edinburgh. Cormac is dedicated to delivering excellent, high-standard dental care and treats his patients like family.
Cormac loves most spending time with his wife, Carolyne, and two girls, Megan and Catherine. Both daughters were born in Proserpine. Together, the girls love nothing more than playing barbies or swimming at the lagoon.
Cormac enjoys sports and keeping fit. He loves martial arts, and two of his favorite activities are playing golf and rugby. For the last 4 years, Cormac has played for the Whitsunday FC.
Cormac’s main goal is to help patients better understand their unique situations and help them best manage their oral care so that they can achieve lasting health and the smiles of their dreams.
